Standardization of relations amongst Turkey and Russia has begun, Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim said on Tuesday, including that a change in ties with all Black Sea and Mediterranean nations was a vital objective.
Yildirim made the remarks to individuals from his decision AK Party in parliament. He was talking a day after Turkey declared the reclamation of strategic ties with Israel and communicated misgiving to Russia over the bringing down of a warplane a year ago, looking to patch strained organizations together.
