Russia's Foreign Ministry does not preclude a two-sided meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his U.S. partner Barack Obama on the sidelines of a G20 summit in September, RIA news organization refered to Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov as saying on Thursday.
