EU's Tusk calls for patience in Brexit talks

The European Union must be quiet with Britain, European Council President Donald Tusk said on Tuesday as EU pioneers accumulated in Brussels for a summit he will seat to outline a route forward after the British vote in favor of Brexit.

Tusk told correspondents that no one but London could document the formal notice that would begin the two-year divorce process.
