Russia's resistance service said it was pushing Washington to deliver a mutual guide of the positions of battling strengths to maintain a strategic distance from episodes, a day after Washington blamed Moscow for assaulting U.S.- supported extremists there.
Moscow's mediation in favor of President Bashar al-Assad, nearby Western sponsorship for radical gatherings contradicting him, has raised fears of a more extensive worldwide meeting in the war.
Russia's protection service said military authorities from both nations had concurred on the need to enhance coordination amid a video meeting. There was no prompt affirmation from Washington.
"The trading of perspectives about the episode was done usefully with the both sides meaning to enhance the coordination on battling the terrorist associations in Syria and so as to turn away any occurrences amid military operations in this nation," Russian Defense Ministry representative Igor Konashenkov said in an announcement.

Konashenkov rejected the charge, saying the Russian strikes hit in regards to 300 km (190 miles) far from domain where the United States had said restriction strengths were working.
