Turkish Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said on Monday that there was an increasing speed in ventures to smooth relations with Russia, strained since Turkey shot down a Russian warplane close to the fringe with Syria last November.
Kurtulmus invited what he said was a choice to permit some Russian organizations to utilize Turkish nationals once more, in remarks amid a broadcast news meeting in Ankara.
