Brexit weakens finance minister Osborne's leadership chances, says senior Conservative

English money pastor George Osborne's odds of succeeding Prime Minister David Cameron have been "tremendously debilitated" by the nation's choice to stop the European Union, senior Conservative Party part Alan Duncan said on Saturday.
