Singapore finance minister Heng discharged from hospital after recovery from stroke

Singapore Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat, who experienced a stroke a month ago, has been released from healing facility however will stay on a medicinal leave, the administration said.

Delegate Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies, Tharman Shanmugaratnam, will keep on covering Heng's obligations, an announcement from the PM's office said.
