Israel PM Netanyahu says Turkey deal to have 'immense' impact on economy

A consent to standardize ties with Turkey following six years will positively affect Israel's economy, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Monday.

Talking subsequent to meeting U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry in Rome, Netanyahu said the assention, declared by Israeli and Turkish authorities on Sunday, was "a critical stride".

"It has likewise tremendous ramifications for the Israeli economy, and I utilize that word consciously," he told correspondents together with Kerry. Israeli authorities have raised the possibility of lucrative Mediterranean gas bargains once ties with Turkey were patched.
