Kerry says U.S., China will enforce sanctions on North Korea

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry said on Tuesday the United States and China are resolved to completely authorize sanctions against North Korea.

He was talking in Beijing toward the end of abnormal state talks between the United States and China.
