China urges U.S. to stop reconnaissance flights near its territory

China asked the United States on Wednesday to stop surveillance flights close China, the Foreign Ministry said, after U.S. safeguard authorities said a Chinese contender plane did a "risky" capture of a U.S. spy plane in worldwide airspace over the East China Sea.

Service representative Hong Lei made the comments at a general preparation.
