At least 10 children, one adult dead when boats capsize in Russian lake

No less than 10 kids and a grown-up have passed on after pontoons they were in upset in stormy climate amid a trip on a lake in the Republic of Karelia in north-west Russia, police said on Sunday.

"We have discovered 11 bodies, of which 10 are kids. Three individuals are still unaccounted for," a cop said.

He included that two of the three vessels that were being utilized overturned as a part of Syamorzero lake in view of the terrible climate.

Nearby media reports said that around 50 individuals, for the most part youngsters matured 12 to 15, were on the watercraft trip.

The leader of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin composed on his Twitter account that, as indicated by preparatory data, around 10 kids from Moscow had kicked the bucket.
